Check-in and check-out

Your room will be ready for you from 2 p.m. on your day of arrival. From 2.30 p.m. onwards, you can check in easily and conveniently using our self-check-in system.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m.

Breakfast

You can enjoy our generous breakfast, featuring primarily regional products, from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. every day. Please let us know when booking if you have any allergies, food intolerances, or specific dietary requirements.

Rates

All rates are per room per night and include breakfast and VAT. A local tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night is payable directly on site.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made in writing by the following deadlines:

For stays from Monday to Thursday: up to 1 day before arrival
For stays from Friday to Sunday: up to 2 days before arrival

After this deadline, cancellations incur a charge of 100% of the booking amount.
